Morgan County R-II School District
The Morgan County R-II School District covers approximately 209 square miles and is located near Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. It includes the communities of Versailles, Gravois Mills, Laurie, Glensted and Excelsior. There are approximately 1,300 students in grades PreK-12.
District programs include: A+ Program, Adult Education, At-Risk, Gifted Education, Co-curricular/Extra-Curricular Activities, Parents As Teachers (PAT), Parent/Teacher Organization (PAT), Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), Preschool, Special Education, and Booster Clubs. The district has excellent fund balances and operates its own Food Service and Transportation programs.
The district enjoys tremendous community support and a rich tradition of offering a high-quality education for all students. The district is also blessed with a high quality, stable, board of education and leadership team. The current superintendent, Marc Spunaugle, is retiring.

Superintendent Certification Required or Proof of Eligibility of Certification
District Residency: Required
